TVS 1320 4-1 Header & 200cell HJS HD Catalyser

The TVS supercharger helps to produce serious power and requires a different header/manifold from the MP62 supercharger installs.
This 4-1 design has port-matched, 2-step primary pipes feeding a 2" (51mm) 4-1 merged collector with a 2 3/4" exit. It will cope with 400bhp no problem.
2 3/4" (70mm) is perfect for the TVS 1320 SC - using the bigger 3"diameter drops too much boost/power - and you NEVER use a choke on a supercharger header/manifold.
The flexible joint uses a quality PTFE infused doughnut gasket - same as the OEM design - giving a strong, gas-tight seal but still having enough flex to cope with engine/transmission movement.
CATALYSER: If you need to run a catalyser, you have to fit one which passes emissions and has the build quality/integrity to withstand the gas-pressures on a TVS install. The big 200cell HJS HD (high durability) catalyser is the only one I recommend for this task. You DO NOT fit a ceramic-substrate catalyser to a TVS install - it will be blown to pieces - literally. Plus the back-pressure introduced into the system is very unwelcome.
ANY CATALYSER DEPENDS FOR ITS LIFE ON THE CORRECT WORKING OF THE 1st LAMBDA SENSOR. YOU MUST FIT A NEW OEM SENSOR (not the cheap crap from the re-sellers) WHEN YOU FIT A NEW CATALYSER.
PLEASE NOTE THIS HEADER WILL ONLY FIT WITH GT3/SINGLE-TIP EXHAUSTS - NOT THRU-DIFFUSER SYSTEMS!
