Exige V6 valved 70mm "ROAD" system
With the exhaust valve closed, this system makes sure you can drive through town/suburbs without attracting undue attention. Even your neighbours won't object!
When the valve is "closed" the gases are guided through the 63.5mm diameter perforated straight-thru section in the big silencer - this is the diameter of the factory system when the exhaust valve is OPEN. This 2bular system has a deeper note than the factory exhaust, with no restriction like the OEM silencer.
When the valve is "open" - that 70mm bore pipework is direct to the tailpipes - no silencing effect at all! It's a screamer - and I'm very pleased with how its turned out.

I call this the "ROAD" system - it's very quiet with the exhaust valve closed and a real screamer when it's open. It is not recommended for "TRACK" use in the UK. You'll be hitting max revs a lot and that means NOISE and problems meeting db limits. I also don't want the exhaust valve put under track conditions/stresses. I have a 70mm "TRACK" system designed specifically for ... er, "Track" use.
I think the OEM trapezoidal tip is hideous. The standard 2bular layout is now the twin 100mm dia stainless tips you see in the images alongside. Black-chromed design will be standard - depending on availability.
90mm dia Titanium tips or 100mm dia Carbon tips are options. I've been asked to bring the tailpipes further out, making them a bit more "noticeable" ;-) Happy to do that! You can see the difference on those 100mm Carbon tips in the image alongside.
