Elise S 1.6 1ZR ROTREX Conversion 4-1 manifold & catalyser
Using the small-bore factory 4-1 manifold is not the best idea when bolting on a Rotrex supercharger.
Designing a larger-bore 4-1 with enough clearance for the supercharger pipework was a challenge - but it's looking good.
You can see the totally different stepped, 4-1 manifold + directional HJS catalyser required for a 200bhp SC'd motor compared to the N/A 4-2-1 + catalyser.
MAIN GASKET AND LAMBDA WIRING EXTENSION SUPPLIED.
