4-1 Manifold & HJS HD 200cell Catalyser
What makes the perfect supercharger install manifold? All Stainless 304/316 construction. 10mm thick Stainless head flange with zero distortion after welding. Stepped primaries - not too long/not too short. A quality merged collector (not a pressed-tin design - proper, hand-built/argon-purged merge). All TIG-welded to perfection.
With power outputs approaching 250bhp, I developed this bigger-bore 4-1 manifold for these cars. Combined with the 130mm diameter HJS HD 200cell catalyser and a fuelling tweak for the mid-range, owners can really exploit the wonderful chassis on road and track. No need to tune the ECU.

I moved the 1st Lambda sensor downstream to the inlet cone on the catalyser and supply a wiring extension for the sensor. Also supplied is a gasket for the cylinder head/manifold join.
